Just prior to signing our guaranteed maximum price contract to proceed with construction, our client said, "You know what, I was reviewing your website and watching the time lapse videos you've posted over new homes you've built... and I noticed that regardless of weather, rain or shine or snow, every day trucks would pull in and workers would enter your houses to work... so I do believe you can get our house built in the 7 months you're telling us."
CRANMOOR DRIVE
Our clients were looking to build their dream house, as they were starting their family together, but that dream was starting off as a nightmare. They had already hired an architect and had a set of plans created that they were looking to have several builders submit bids on. We submitted our competitive bid, and although we were the initial low bidder, the project was coming in a lot higher than their budget would allow and the project was put on hold. We performed several rounds of cost reduction scenarios...
RIDGE ROAD
Builders in our area capable of building a 7,000 sf custom home at this level of finish detail, would require between 18 and 24 months to complete the project... We broke ground in early December, and despite losing 3 weeks to freezing temperatures and snow in the first two months, we still delivered the project one week earlier than the original 11-month construction schedule that we agreed to in our contract.

Our client LF Driscoll / Liberty Property Trust was looking for a general contractor who could successfully manage the completion of a very challenging third shift project that consisted of the replacement of one escalator with two that enabled the main pathway and connection point of a new underground tunnel. The security bollards project and work came after a very successful escalator enabling project.
After completing their 3rd Cafe location in the new Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) tower right off of South Street, our repeat client said, they want us to build their 4th location. That location and project happened about a year later located at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton in the heart of Philadelphia across the street from City Hall.
